Hi, I've been using myfitnesspal off and on for @ 8 years. I'm on again and freshly motivated. I'm counting carbs using the premium version. Lean Cuisine...too lean for me
Lean Cuisine doesn't satisfy my hunger. Leaves me craving for more. I wonder if there is a microwavable less than 500 calorie dinner for me and my hunger.

I've lost 15 pounds here so far. As a long term goal I'd like to lose 50 more. I tai chi/ chi gong, walk, bicycle and golf for exercise.

My new diet must be working to lower blood suger.
I just had to chew up five life savers to save myself from the low blood sugar monster. It was running in the 170 + range a couple weeks ago. Now it's below 100 in the morning.

Tai Chi, Qigong, TCM
I'm learning the Tai Chi 24 movement short form. Yang style, I think. I'm learning a little about Qigong too; the five animal frolic. Tiger claws, Deer, Bear, Monkey, and Crane. This is great for my balance, and attitude about life.

Can't sleep,, with empty stomach
I can't sleep with an empty belly. I need a low carb, low salt and sugar cracker or cookie to fill it before going to bed. Am I the only one?

Now that I'm not adding salt to my food I can taste the salt in canned baked beans.
