Hi, I've been using myfitnesspal off and on for @ 8 years. I'm on again and freshly motivated. I'm counting carbs using the premium version. It works ok, but I wish I could make the carb count a priority rather than the calorie count. I'm a Minnesotan born and raised. Lived here, in and near the Twin Cities all my life except four years serving in the US Navy. I weighed 160 pounds when I enlisted in 1968, adding 20 pounds of muscle by the time I went home in 1972 for a total of 180 pounds. My maximum weight was 290. Currently I weigh 260 pounds with an intermediate goal of 240. I'm combining myfitnesspal with Zero fasting for 16 hours per day, which I do 8 hours of while asleep. Finally having the will and determination I believe in my success. Luck comes to those who are prepared.
