I love my diet. The only animal fat I have is half and half in the morning with my coffee. I'm eating TONS of almonds. Pregnancy + pandemic last year = so much gain lol, but I'm killing it!

Implementing exercise on a low carb low calorie diet
I’m not hungry enough to exceed 1200 calories and I burn around 200 calories a day. I stay under 20 net carbs a day I feel really good lately though but part of me wonders if being this low is ok.

Favorite distractions during those 'I NEED TO EAT EVERYTHING' moments?
Mine is sometimes drawing (it's my profession) but MAN videogames help the most. When I have a bad time I just go and play Splatoon 2 or Kingdom Hearts. I don't even care that I suck compared to most players. The important thing is I get DISTRACTED from the low times. What do you guys do? Obligatory squid here:

I'm so close to finally being my dream weight (119 pounds) but I'm doing it on diet alone since I'm unable to do exercise due to joint issues. I'm set to get there but I have moments of weakness.. since my boyfriend makes his own pizza every night (he's body building and GAINING weight) and I'm just with diet-y meals. aghhh

How often do you check the scale?
As the title says.. I check every two weeks now. I use to check everyday by it discouraged me. Now whenever I check every two weeks it always is down a couple pounds.

I'm considering switching from a Low-Carb diet to 1200 calorie diet
Due to mood swings and mental exhaustion after 27 days on the diet I'm considering switching to a 1200 calorie diet-- I am no longer losing weight and I think it's making my IBS worse-- has anyone else done this successfully? I'm worried about gaining more weight than I started with but I need to be able to think again!

Since I'm on a <20 Carb a day diet plan I'm always on the hunt for low/zero carb spicy condiments. Low Carb diet making me cranky... but I need to stay strong for my hip! Advice?
