I'm so close to finally being my dream weight (119 pounds) but I'm doing it on diet alone since I'm unable to do exercise due to joint issues.
I'm set to get there but I have moments of weakness.. since my boyfriend makes his own pizza every night (he's body building and GAINING weight) and I'm just with diet-y meals.

aghhh

That would be hard... I'm losing weight and my hubby can eat anything and never gain an oz. it just is not fair, but it will be worth it.

I know for most people the lower your BF% gets the harder it gets physically. That's definitely the case for me. I've been trying to prepare for this mentally because it is really tough when the weight loss slows down, but I refuse to get frustrated. Good luck!

I want to lose about 20-25 more pounds too and I've been stuck for.....A YEAR! I even gained a few pounds but lost them in the past week. I think that moderation in everything does not work for me at this stage. I have to completely cut out trigger foods, which actually feels easier than just having a little bit. For me, it's sugar (including artificial sweeteners) and alcohol. My appetite seems to have shrunk since cutting out artificial sweeteners, thankfully. Everyone has their own triggers though that land them on the slippery slope to overeating and eternal tinniness, lol....

Whenever I start to feel burnt out, I'll set my goal to maintenance for a week or two (sometimes longer). That way I don't gain anything, get a break from the deficit, and it re-energizes me to get back to it when I'm ready.
