Newbie here. Been logging for a week and always managed to stay below calorie count BUT I never really hit my macros... Carbs scare me so I tend to eat lots of protein. How important are macros?

Best diet to tone?
Hi everyone. I am currently facing a dilemma. I trying to lose about 2-3 kg and regularly workout about 1.5 hrs a day, 6 days a week (mixing cardio and strength in all sessions).
