Nutritional value of veggie water post-cook
When I boil or steam some vegetables, I tend to use the water afterwards for drinks (especially carrots) and stock. I'm wondering how one would determine the nutritional value of this? I've tried googling but the results keep returning very general statements (nutrients lost when boiling, the water is good for you, etc).

Meal timing
A problem I'm having is meal timing.
