Nutritional value of veggie water post-cook

When I boil or steam some vegetables, I tend to use the water afterwards for drinks (especially carrots) and stock. I'm wondering how one would determine the nutritional value of this? I've tried googling but the results keep returning very general statements (nutrients lost when boiling, the water is good for you, etc).

It would be too variable for general testing results to be of much use I think. You'd have to know the ratio of water to veggie, how long it was boiled, how old/fresh the vegetables were, etc.0

It would be minimal I imagine. I'm sure it's healthy, but in terms of calories or carbs etc it would be so minimal that if you're asking from a logging perspective, that I wouldn't bother trying to log it.0
