Sweet tooth remedies?
I constantly want something sweet, usually with chocolate, after my meals or for a in between snack. Im looking for ideas to satiate my cravings for this while getting the better nutrition and possibly lower calories.

Strong Curves- thoughts?
I've seen a a few posts that recommend the book Strong Curves for building a booty. I know it also has a program for more than just the booty. Does it also help with shaping and firming the chest? Also, I am still way overweight. Should I start it now or wait until I'm a little closer to goal bmi?

Best preworkout? Worth it?
I'm interested in some pre workout powders, but not sure if they are worth it or what brand would be the best. I'm hoping to get more out of my martial arts training. Heck, it may not even be good for that kind of training.
