I know it stands for calories in vs. calories out, but how does it work/ how do you do it? Am I supposed to be excercising off more than 1300 calories a day? Is that possible? Does it actually work? I hope this doesn't seem stupid. I just keep getting conflicting answers about CICO.

What is my activity level?
I'm sure this question has been asked before, but I can't find it right now? What should I set my activity level to? I've heard people say I should set it depending on my daily steps. What would be considered active? 10,000 steps daily, or more?

Exercise before or after eating?
I usually exercise in the morning before or after I eat breakfast, and I don't know if one of them is better for weight loss. I've heard people argue both sides. Has anyone had more success from exercising before they eat?

Is being under calorie goals a problem?
So is it a real problem if I'm under my calorie goal? And I'm not talking give or take 50 calories, I'm talking like 300. Should I worry about sugar in fruit?
I try really hard to stay in my macros everyday, but I always seem to go over in sugar. I know almost all of my sugar is coming from the fruit I eat, and I've heard people say you shouldn't worry too much about the natural sugars you eat in fruits and veggies.
