MFP sync with Fitbit
Hi, my fitbit is sync with my mfp. Im only supposed to have 1780 calories per day, but everytime i do an exercise my fitbit do a calorie adjustment and give me more calories to take at the end of the workout. Sometimes i find myself left with 1100 calories left at night? Do i eat big at night just to meet the calories? Please advise.

Do you aim a defecit in calories + eat clean to lose stubborn fats? Or do you aim for muscle mass (more calories?) and eat clean to lose stubborn fats? Whats the best approach? Thanks in advance.
