Looking for others struggling with portion control and trouble finding motivation to work out.
I am turning 40 in September. I am married with an 18 year old son living with me. I am 5'9" and weigh 217 pounds. Unfortunately, I now have high blood pressure and am tsking pills to control my bp. Both of my parents died early from heart problems. I am seeking support to eat healthy portions and exercise frequently.
