Fitbit not connecting
Sometimes MFP won’t update my steps with my Fitbit. FitBit syncs with my other apps though so it’s obviously a MFP problem. I’ve disconnected and reconnected. I’ve logged out and back in. This is the second time this has happened. How do I stop this?!

Too few?
I’ve successfully lost 25 pounds so far this year but have reached a standstill. The scale ranges between 177-178 the past month and I can’t get it any lower. Feeling Discouraged
Hey everyone. It’s been a real rough couple of weeks. My scale keeps ranging from 177-179. It won’t go any lower. I’m eating well and exercising 4-5 times a week. I’m feeling pretty down and don’t know how to fix this.

Alright so I have been on and off for a while now. My family goes out to eat almost daily which means it screws up my eating. My family doesn’t give much support in my losing weight. What do you do when you don’t have physical support and you feel sabotaged?

Okay guys. I've ony been successful with losing weight while on weight watchers but I don't have it in the budget. Right now, I'm living at home, surrounded by my family who eats very unhealthy.
