I am a nursing student and spend hours on my feet with clinical placements and then at my job, I also spend hours on my feet. Was just wondering if any of you guys also spend a lot of time standing and the benefits of compression socks.

Progress all of a sudden gone..
So I'm very confused. I upped my workouts per week and have been extremely good with logging in all my food. A couple weeks ago my pants were all to big and now I can barely fit into them. All my progress is literally gone. Has anyone had this issue before? Or do you know what happened?

So I just started rowing but not really sure what the average time and speed normally is. I used the rowing machine at the gym and the difficulty was on 7/10. Pre Workouts
I am experimenting with different products, and I was wondering if people suggest pre workouts or not. And if so, what pre workout works best for you? My co-worker just gave me a couple caffeine pills to try out as a pre workout. But I didn't really notice a difference.
