Birthday cake overnight oats
Overnight oats are my obsession lately, they are so quick and easy to make at night. And it makes breakfast time so much easier in the morning, just grab and go.
I do like my oats thick, so I don't add that much liquid, but you could defiantly add a little more depending on how thick you like yours. But here's my recipe that I just tried out yesterday.
1/2 oats
1/4 cup milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
1/4 cup yogurt (I used vanilla greek yogurt)
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp chai seeds
1 tbsp Buff Bake, Birthday cake protein almond spreed
Mix well in a container or jar. Store in fridge overnight or for at least a couple hours so your oats become soft and enjoy
