I am able to work without my legs or feet feeling tired. So I just didnt see the need to start wearing them. But a lot of people swear by them. So I wasnt sure if I should start the investment now or not

I do log my food everyday. I weigh myself every Friday when I'm at the gym because I dont have a scale at home.

5'2 . Don't really weigh myself that often, but my last known weight was 135. But definitely think I did get higher than that. and looking to get around 110. At 125 right now
