I need new shoes for the gym, but I'm not sure which ones to get. there are so many choices out there.
What's your guys' favorite sneaker?

doesn't matter what we like. You need to go to a store that has the right people trained to guide you to the right shoe for your chosen activities. I have 3 pair for my various activities since I need different support for running vs cross training and weights.

I got fitted for running shoes and I bought Nike Zoom 8 and for training( I do Insanity) I got Adidas Crazy Train sneakers. But as pp said you need to just try on couple of different o/shoes and see which one fits you the best.

What do you do at the gym?

I like Ryka Vida RZX for high impact dancing/aerobics type stuff. My favorite running shoes were Mizuno's when I ran.

Sorry, I was more referring to what brand of shoe is your favorite. I don't know weather to go to the Under Armour, Nike, or Adidas stireq

I have a pair of Nike - had them for over a year and I still love them. I never used to care much about brands, but I would be more persuaded to look at Nikes than others. However, I'm cheap so they would have to be on clearance lol
