Wine!
Once a week I like to drink yes I said it —one bottle of red wine, it keeps me sane! But I have such guilt now because I am on 1350 cal and 100 carbs diet. And have lost from 194 to 187 since January 6th! I know seven pounds is t a lot but I want to continue to make progress does anyone else worry about this???

Calories
So I ate breakfast and dinner but still have 711 calories left and only 6 carbs remaining . It is 428 I. The after noon I haven't been hungry. It says I had 500? Cal so far is this a problem?

Hi I am new and starting or trying! I have a extremely busy live as I am in nurse practitioner school and work 50+ hours a week and drink these on a consistent bases the zero carb zero sugar one what do u think?

Back at it!
I am trying again I need a lot of friends so I can watch your success to model after I am not a consistent eater so I find like today it is 1049 I have been up since 630 had o e cup of coffee and that is it! Bad I know! So I also need simple easy meals for work because if we get lunch it is a rare occasion! Please friend me
