Scanning the barcode
Have any of you noticed that when you scan food the calories are higher than what the label says? Which one is correct? I bought a broccoli and cheddar soup from Costco and I saw it only had 230 calories per serving, but then when I scanned it it showed 280!!! If mfp is correct then I'm going to have to scan before I buy.

The week before Shark week!!
I've been soooo hungry!!! Was thinking of eating maintenance calories for a few days or week, but I'm worried I'm going to gain. Since everyone says they gain when they go on maintenance. Has anyone tried this? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance

Any healthy chips y'all recommend? Preferably not made with corn or main ingredient potatoes.

A good protein powder?
I prefer chocolate but I would like to try vanilla. I sometimes lose my appetite but I usually crave something cold to drink I think this will help me feel better and would give me the energy to exercise.

Lost my appetite and forcing myself to eat!
Not sure why, my diet only consists of lean meats vegetables, legumes and fruits low in sugar. Could it be the lack of carbs? I only consumed about 500 calories yesterday and feel a little weak. Please any advice?

I just purchased a digital scale but I'm not sure if I should weigh my food raw or cooked. Does it even matter?

Which kind of milk is best to loose weight? Reduced, fat free, soy or almond? And if there is any other kind of milk out there please let me know. Thanks

How much should I weigh?
Hi! I'm 36 yrs old, Five one in height and at the moment 152 lbs. I was thinking of loosing only about 15lbs more but I see all these people that are taller and wanting to weigh like 110lb!
