Toning up
Hi all, I just need advice on starting off with weights and toning. I lost the weight I wanted to lose and now I think I'm ready to start weight training, but I have no idea where to begin. I'm fairly weak with little muscle and get intimated sometimes with the equipment. Could anyone help out with advice on this? Thanks…

Same weight...
I'm trying to lose the last few pounds as well as toning up... I was 15 stone and got to 10 stone without this app, but I'm really finding it difficult to get past the last hurdle! Any tips or advice about what to do for this matter so I can smash my weight goal of 9 stone 4 pounds? Thanks :)

Losing the pouch
