Your right, but keep at it cause the results might be a slow change and your not aware of it, but maybe others are. That's how I feel sometimes. Keep strong and continue and you'll hit your goals.

Thanks for the tips, I'm going to up my calorie intake so that I'm nearer to 1500, I didn't realise that it would have such an affect, I normally eat the usual everyday and I guess I've gotten so used to it that It fills me.
