Hey all, I'm Rachel and I'm from Northern Ireland, I got this app to help control my secret eating problems as well as promote healthy lifestyles. I'm new to this and would love to make new friends to help with motivation and hopefully I can return it or at least provide banter =). Any new people in the same boat?

    Ha if I don't write things down il forget that I had some bad food lol so I call this a secret eater... The struggle is so real. :#

    Here's a thought...just stop eating bad food! But seriously, you just need to make 1 day/wk as a designated "cheat" meal day and you won't have to worry about writing it down because once that day is passed you'll know you've already had your bad food that week ; )

    Yeah I'm having 1 cheat day a week and the rest hide from people so they don't offer stuff.. Cheers for the advice o:)B)
