Relatively new here literally been using the site/app for the last 10 days or so (as it syncs nicely with the fitness tracker i use) I have been going to the gym for the last two months 5-6 times a week and am currently very motivated.
Im 6ft 3 and not happy with the beer gut any longer lol also being tall its easy to look gangly and rodney trotteresque so im doing my best to turn fat into muscle and perhaps build some calves..
So any tips or tricks are more than welcome :)
