Feels impossible

I keep trying to loose just ten pounds maybe it's just my body type or idk
But my weight just doesn't change
So I'm back on here gonna give it another go
I've taken up running and lift to try and keep up with the wife
I'm really not overweight I don't think so I guess it's harder but the hardest part is never seeing results

    Your right, but keep at it cause the results might be a slow change and your not aware of it, but maybe others are. That's how I feel sometimes.

    Keep strong and continue and you'll hit your goals.

    Not sure why the 10 pounds is important, but if you feel it really is necessary for your health then keep at it and making adjustments, something will help. I know for years I had this seemingly magical weight that my body would always default to it drove me crazy! A lot of years and 4 kiddos have changed that number in the wrong direction so now I have embraced it as my new long term goal weight.
