Losing appetite
Is it weird that the more I exercise, the less appetite I have? I thought the more calories I lose working out, the more food my body would crave, but the opposite is happening. Anyone has the same problem?

Hey guys :) I've been doing pilates for some time now, but I want to switch things up a little bit and try yoga. Does anyone have a recommendation of a youtube-person that explains yoga for beginners? Or maybe an app that you really like? Thanks :)
