For anyone doing or who had done the 30 day shred...what weight of dumbells do you use?
I am going to start weight training in the gym this week. I am a complete novice and would love some friends who are either like me and just getting into it or seasoned pros for motivation and advice. Feel free to add me :) . Apologies in advance I ask A LOT of questions

I am looking for a good workout for my glutes. The aim is to tighten and increase glute muscle mass, not to lose weight. I would appreciate any suggestions. I have seen some killer workouts involving free weights? Do i need to use free weights to get killer glutes? Any advice appreciated :)
Hey guys. I get a recurring pain in my wrist bone after doing any exercise thats puts weight on it and it lasts for a week or more. The pain in right in the carpul bone. Anyone else get this or know how to prevent it?
