Are calipers more accurate or BMR calculators?
When I used the machine at my gym where you grab onto the handlebars, my BMR came out as 400 less as it does on calculators, I'm wondering which one should I trust more. Are those machines reliable?

Hello how are you? I feel dizzy after walking at a 5% incline 2.5 mph. I feel dizzy for an hour afterwards. Should I lower the incline or what is going on w/my body?

I have been tracking my calories religiously for the past 4 days with 1200 intake and a lot of exercise. My weight went from 173.6 to 172 and that pretty much matches up to my calorie deficit. Those who hate me and tell me I can't make it and that have tried to make me feel like I'm less than them, I work that much harder at weight loss just to prove them wrong and that I can better myself. Of course my reason for weight loss is my health but that motivates me to go the extra mile. How about you?
