I found out that fiber is actually good for losing weight and did some research
I want to be lesser sensitive, if possible.
I've been eating chicken recently, so is there a limit or is more or less better or some where in between, I'm just asking because I don't want to veer off what I've been doing by over eating. Any advice welcome, just curious
