Getting and staying involved in one class, need new ideas for classes.

Spinning is fun and yoga is meditative.0

Look for a Silver Sneakers class. One does not need to be 50 or over to join one. This class was a great place for me when I started moving again; the zumba and other classes were intimidating. Classes geared for older folks welcome anyone and people recovering from surgeries, injuries, etc. are welcome.2
