What are your views on SodaStream?
It has only 35 calories if it's not diet. But way less then if you were to buy soda in the store. Would you still say it's bad to drink even with less calories?

How did you start your journey?
I'm just starting and I never really was an active person so. How did everyone start becoming more active after they started their weight loss journey? and was it hard if you weren't use to exercising all the time? I'm just curious on how everyone started being more active.

Need to loose a lot of weight
As title says but yesterday I checked how much calories I'd eat in a day from the tracking on here and finds out I was only eating 900 something (forget exact number) so is that a heathy amount ?And if I exercise 500 calories off a day would that be heathy for amount of calories I eat?
