Keto or not
I’m thinking about starting the Keto diet. I’m afraid cuz i have chronic migraines and when i limit my carbs my migraines usually worsen. But i have heard this is only temporary. Any opinions?

What can I get at Starbucks coffee wise with flavor? This is my biggest weakness. I love the white chocolate mocha. But it has a ton of calories.

Need support and motivation.
Well I'm back at this again. I need to lose 50lbs. I love food (all the bad stuff) and have no creativity for me to make new foods that are healthier. I have to do this. The weight is affecting my health both physically and emotionally. Thanks for reading this in advance.
