What can I get at Starbucks coffee wise with flavor? This is my biggest weakness. I love the white chocolate mocha. But it has a ton of calories.

Okay, I had to Google what a white chocolate mocha is...
Ice, Milk, White Chocolate Mocha Sauce [Sugar, Condensed Skim Milk, Coconut Oil, Cocoa Butter, Natural Flavor, Salt, Potassium Sorbate, Monoglycerides], Brewed Espresso, Whipped Cream [Cream (Cream, Milk, Mono And Diglycerides, Carrageenan), Vanilla Syrup (Sugar, Water, Natural Flavors, Potassium Sorbate, Citric Acid)].

    WOW!

Do they do just coffee in milk over ice (ie without all the syrup and cream?)

Or an affogato? Espresso over vanilla ice cream. (again I'd skip, anything with syrup/cream)

Sorry, I'm really no help, I usually drink black coffee, it's flavour is "coffee", the ingredients are
    ....Coffee...

Anyway, good luck. Hope you find something!

If you really want vanilla flavoured coffee what about adding vanilla extract yourself instead of the Starbucks vanilla syrup cream. You can get a small bottle and keep it in your desk, or car etc...maybe not as convenient but got to be better for you.

I just went onto the Starbucks US website and an unsweetened trenta iced coffee (their largest size - 31oz) with nonfat milk is 50 calories. Ask for sugar free syrup to sweeten it and give it more flavour. I think the sugar free syrups come in vanilla, hazelnut and caramel but they might have others.

For a hot drink, a venti nonfat caffe misto is 90 calories. Add sugar free vanilla, hazelnut or caramel syrup.

A tall nonfat caramel macchiato is 150 calories. Ask them to swap the regular syrup for sugar free, and that should take it down to 90-110 calories.

    ...I really want Starbucks now.

Iced black Americano with sugar free caramel syrup. Yum. Generally I have my coffee black, like my soul.

Thanks for the help everyone. I had a coconut milk mocha macchiato this morning. It was ok. It was 180 for a tall.

I get an iced coffee with nonfat milk and sugar free caramel syrup - 40 calories for a venti
Or an Iced Doubleshot - w/SF caramel and NF milk for 60 calories for a venti
One of my favorites when I have the calories for it is an Iced Grande Skinnyy Caramel Machiatto for 140 calories

Anything "Skinny" will lower the calories - their website is fantastic for playing around with and customizing your drink choices to find what works for you in your calories.

Haha! My husband and I have the same saying - "Black, like my soul."

I love the white chocolate mocha, too. It's a weakness. Maybe one of their teas or the refresher beverages? The refresher beverages appear to be under 200 calories. Now, I want Starbucks. Lol

Skinny Caramel Macc/ You can usually see if they have "skinny" versions of your drink of choice. Sadly White Chocolate Mocha you like doesn't come skinny.

Try a white chocolate americano instead of a mocha. It's made with water instead of milk, so it cuts down considerably on calories. You can ask for sugar free syrup if you want, but I personally can't stand the taste of artificial sweeteners. I think a 16oz white chocolate americano only has around 95 calories. Still pretty high in sugar, but a nice treat. I also get caramel americanos. If you miss the creaminess, you can add a little bit of half and half.

There sugar free mocha Frappuccino isn't bad. Are you stuck on it being from Starbucks. International Delight makes an iced coffee you can buy at your grocery store. I get the light mocha and over ice is delicious. 8 oz is 90 calories.
