Need support and motivation.

Well I'm back at this again. I need to lose 50lbs. I love food (all the bad stuff) and have no creativity for me to make new foods that are healthier. I have to do this. The weight is affecting my health both physically and emotionally. Thanks for reading this in advance.

    Rhonda you can add me if you like. I started two weeks ago. I made a thread similar to yours but asked for friends. Now I have a 60 friend network now and it helps tremendously. You can really learn a lot from others and get encouragement. Lots of friendly folks on here with the same goals. Good luck and happy workouts!

    Hello. Im not new to fitness pal but new to the community. Im want to loose at least 10 kgs. Ive been on and off diet as well as exersice. I am currently working out with a personal trainer however the diet is not so good.. I have a healthy start then in the afternoon i find myself looking at bad food or i eat big portions of healthy food... More than im supposed to have.. So basically no self control
