Non scale victories
Ive been working out for a solid 6 weeks. I am a hefty gal but i have yet to see the scale move. I can see a small difference in my body but not on the scale. Shouldn't I start seeing something soon? I'm 5"4 and 252lbs

Walking for weightloss
How successful is having walking as primary exercise. I walk 3-4 days a week for 2-4 miles each time depending on how I feel and if there's a time restraint. Is it possible to lose quite a bit over time by doing that plus watching what I eat and tracking calories? I am usually either baby wearing or pushing a jogging…

Eating before working out?
I get up and I don't eat for a couple hours or more in the mornings. It's all rush until i get my oldest 4 off to school and from there, I go straight to walking. I drink lots of water but should I at least eat something small? It's usually about 10am before I'm back home and 11 by the time i cook and eat.
