Stay within my calories but the scale just doesn't move.
Hello, I have been drinking giant brand whey protein every day and it seems like I am getting larger. Is it just me or am I sabotaging my dieting by drinking these shakes.
Need some inspiration. I got sick a few yrs ago and put on 79 pounds. I keep hearing from my Dr's that at my age it's to hard to take it off. Need some positive input. Thank you.
