Cardio or weightlifting or maybe both?
Ive been going to the gym for about 2 & half weeks now. My body is moderately lean but my stomatch has a gut. Can i make strength gains while simultaneously cuting off the gut/fat? Or should i choose between doing either cardio or weightlifting?

Gym results
If im going to the gym three times a week, how long will it take until i see results? I spend about an hour & a half - 2 hours training on gym days.
