No More Junk?
I know that having a calorie deficit is important in looking weight, but does it also matter what you eat? Do you have to avoid junk food, etc? I mean basically can you eat whatever you want a still loose weight if you follow the deficit MFP?

MFP is connected with UA Record on my phone. Is it an accurate way to count calories burned? I turned it on when I went for a walk and I was wondering how it can really track calories burned.

If I use MFP to track calories burnrd, is it accurate? For example, if I put in walked for 30 minutes or did circuit training (workout video) for 30 minutes, is it going to give an accurate calories burned?
