2.5 year transformation +33 lbs.
first pic is june 2015 when i first started lifting @6' 147 lbs, didn't think i looked that bad at the time lol second is October 2017 @ 171, and last is current @ 180. hoping to hit 190 before i cut in the spring.

Anyone with insanely high metabolism (4500 Cal) what do you eat when bulking?
Currently bulking @4000-4250 calories and stopped gaining so i am going to up it to 4500. The problem is I always feel full and get tired and sluggish if I eat a lot in one sitting. I all ready have a 710 calorie mass gainers before bed but its still a struggle to hit 4250 now.

What's your most improved lift of 2017?
Looking back on 12/23/16 my deadlift was 205lbs, and on 12/28/17 I hit 405.

How do i get big?
i am 6' 169 lbs and have been trying to bulk up for a while but am having a hard time putting on muscle. i am currently getting 3500 calories and maintaining weight. last time i tried bulking i went up to 4k calories and gained some weight but the only thing that got bigger was my waist.

Bad bulking progress over the last month.
I have been bulking @4000 calories and here are the results. Weight 172-175 chest 38.5-39 hips 38-37.5 arms 14.5 thigh 22 calf 15 my big concern is my waist went from 31.5-33.75

Bulking progress should i change anything?

Lower calories or wait?
I was bulking at 3000 calories and not gaining weight so I went up to 3200 for 2 weeks, then to 3500. I've been at 3500 for 8 days now and have gained 2 lbs. Should I lower calories or stay at 3500 for another week or so? I'm currently 6' 168lbs.

Not gaining weight
I have been trying to bulk up for over a year now. In my first 6-8 months I gained roughly 14 lbs. Once I stalled for a while I took a look at my diet which I was not tracking before and started eating 2700 Cal's and still wasn't gaining so I upped it to 3000,3200, and now I've been at 3500 for the last few days. Bulk or cut, and to what weight?
