Not gaining weight

I have been trying to bulk up for over a year now. In my first 6-8 months I gained roughly 14 lbs. Once I stalled for a while I took a look at my diet which I was not tracking before and started eating 2700 Cal's and still wasn't gaining so I upped it to 3000,3200, and now I've been at 3500 for the last few days. Does this seem like a lot for someone who is 6', 166lbs?

You are tall and light. If you are gaining slowly, putting on muscle and not gaining too much fat then you are doing fine.
I'm 6'3 and 230 and my TDEE is around 3800 for reference.2
