See food diet I just ate everything I could to get 4000+ calories and keep my protein in the mid to high 200s.

Thanks it's taken me 3 years to come this far and I still feel small unless Iook back at my progress pictures. The toughest part is staying motivated which I had some really good friends to help me out.

currently sitting at 185 not sure if i should cut, maintain or bulk. i have been maintaining and plan to start bulking again in september, or october. not sure if i should cut a bit or just keep maintaing?
-
It shouldn't be that big of a deal don't skip meals Just keep an eye on how much weight your gaining and adjust calories as needed aim for 2-3 lbs a month.
-
guns just hit 16" no idea where the were when i started but i still feel small lol

Your trying to bulk up and worrying about eating a whole box of cereal??? As long as you hit your minimum fat and protein it doesn't matter what you eat even if you went way over your calories it shouldn't be a big deal I did this a lot when I was a runner I'd come home have a snack and end up finshing all of whatever I…

Make your own a you can add any combination of protein powder, milk, oats, peanut butter, eggs, etc. It's allways better to have real food and it taste better.
-
I get roughly 1000 cals from shakes which helps a lot as for the protein I was aiming for 1.5g per lb which is weoverkill but I'd rather be higher and getting over 4000 calories it's not that hard to get the protein in.

here is a link to my current routine im on the 5 day split. https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=172565211 basically on a see food diet i aim for 4000 cals minimum and 250g protein its not all good quality food but its pretty hard for me to get over 4k.
-
up to 186. been sick so i haven't been hitting my calories.
-
It's better to track what you eat most so you know your consistently getting enough calories. As far as macros just hit your minimum protein and fat and fill the rest with whatever. For me it was a real pain to track at first but now Its just a habit.

I've got acne all over my back pretty sure it's more from my diet than from lifting or sweat. Once I start cutting and Clean up my diet up it goes away even tho I do cardio and sweat way more.
-
Stopped doing cardio a long time ago. I'm on my feet all day at work not really walking that far but allways moving no idea how much that effects calorie burn.
-
Really it's no problem to get that much in it's keeping it semi quality and doing every day.
-
Thanks. Still nowhere where I wan to be but making progress.
-
I allways have a decent jump in weight the first few weeks of a bulk. Give it a couple weeks and see how it goes.
-
Almost anything in the fridge.
-
making some progress up to 183

3750-4000 here need to up it to 4000-4250 this week. It seems easy at first but after a while it gets difficult to pack it all in then it comes time to cut and I feel like a starving kid from Africa at 3250-3500.
-
Up another pound as of this morning so up roughly 3lbs since the 23rd. Funny the handheld bf monitor says I actually lost some fat.
-
Take it slowly and aim to hit 200 by next year.
-
My maintance is around 3500-3750 I'm currently getting at least 4000 a day I would say more like 4250 on average. Its like a full time job between cooking and eating.
-
Don't know why you want/need to gain 5 lbs in a week but a gallon of water weighs 8.4lbs you should easily be able to dirink 5lbs of water and that's better than fat.
-
had no problem with the way I looked back then now I still feel small and look back and can't even imagine being like that again. It amazes me that I probably getting around 2000-2500 calories at most (never tracked them before) and allways maintained the same weight but when I tried to gain weight it takes me 4000 which…

Set a goal for a 405 deadlift last week when I was at 375. My last rep for 2017 405. I know I'm horrible at setting goals.
-
Lost 2lbs not tracking cals over the weekend gained 4 this week.
-
I have been lifting for 2 years now. My current routine is broken down into upper, lower, pull, push, and legs so basically everything gets hit twice a week.
-
I have used a few different mass gainers including mutant mass. They are good for calories but mutant mass gave me mutant *kitten* so just see how it works for you. The best one I have used was true mass I had no issues with it.
-
I was cutting at 3000 calories and loosing weight @ 2100 I would be a legit twig.
-
3000 cutting 3750-4000 bulking.
