Keto vs LCHF
Hi guys! I'm new to this group and low carb in general. I'm not trying to do keto, but would doing just low carb (100g) and higher fat be helpful for me trying to lose weight? Do I still need a calorie deficit? How much fat do you guys eat? I'm all confused lol. Please help!

How Many Calories?
Hi, I've been off and on MFP for years, but leaving Weight Watchers and starting MFP today. I'm 5'1, not very active except for my 30 minutes on my spin bike and it gave me 1200 calories a day. Is this enough? What calorie amounts has My Fitness Pal given you guys?

Weight Loss without exercise?
Has anyone had success with weight loss without working out. I'm a full time student and work a full time job plus I do student teaching for school, so during the week I literally don't have any time. I could probably fit in two days on the weekend, but I'm curious if anyone has had success losing weight without exercising?
