School potluck with HIGH CALORIE menu, what would you do?
Tonight is my sons JROTC meeting and the menus is 1. Indian taco (native American -Navajo) =900 calories 2. Cheese burgers =306 calories 3. Hot dogs 470 calories Iv been doing very good sticking to a low calorie diet. So would you choose an item from above or kindly tell the students and their families "no thank you". Here…

'Tight lungs' feeling after running, why?
Lately after my 40 minute morning runs, when I get back home and cool down it's been very difficult for me to breath , esp. the exhale. This lasts around 45 minutes, the temperature has dropped 20 degrees in the past few weeks could this be the reason? It's now in the mid 50's when I run.

Muscle tech premium protein & intense workouts
Iv wondered how many minutes before I do a (Insanity) Max interval circuit 60 min. Workout do I consume a protein shake? And should I use 1 scoop (40grams of protein) or 2 scoops? I'm very active ,usually run 2 miles in the am & pm along with a 60 min workout & 30 mins. of weight training. So if there's someone who could…

After I have a protein shake,how long do I wait to do Max interval circuit training of 60 minutes?
This is a pretty intense workout and Im never really sure how long to wait after I have a protein shake for the properties in the shake to be most effective in my workout? I usually wait 30 minutes, any sooner I sometimes vomit. (What a waste of shake and time). Any suggestions?
