I'm not bulimic, nor have flu symptoms...just got triggered I guess and threw up my breakfast within 15 minutes....after I logged it into my daily food intake.....Did I just lose those calories?? erm. yikes?
Maybe talk me out of picking up that phone and ordering a medium pizza deal loaded with hot peppers , pineapple and pepperoni....it's Friday night, 11:45 pm and they close at 3 am . I'm trying not to think of it and just drinking my bottled waters .....
15 minutes of crunches. Different positions to work 6 pack ;) .......now I feel like I'm going to puke. Or pass out.
