Anyone else feel dizzy after doing crunches??

Options
15 minutes of crunches. Different positions to work 6 pack ;) .......now I feel like I'm going to puke. Or pass out.

    I suspect the tiger is right. I hate doing core stuff because I don't breathe when I do sit-ups or leg lifts or whatever...
    I gotta learn to breathe. Maybe you do too?

    Try some standing ab workouts .

    Try breaking your 15 min workout into sets with a rest period in between and vary the exercises more.
    Working the abs doing crunches and their variations for 15 min straight sounds like overkill.
