I have found things as substitutions for meal replacement however, it blows all of my sugar for the day. Anyone have any suggestions? I am losing about 3-4lbs per day since I started this regiment. Should I just leave it the way it is till I stop losing weight or change it?
I'm 29 years old and have several spinal injuries. Due to trying to let things heal and they aren't going to get better at the wieght that I am, I have difficulty finding exersizes that help me lose weight without making me pretty much sedentary for two days after wards which defeats the purpose.
