HELP! I need soft high-cal foods for post-surgery husband!

It's nice to be able to post this! I did it! It took a bit over a year to get to the finish line and here I am! :D

I look gaunt?!
So I'm mid 40s and lost 46 lbs...close to goal weight. I feel great and all. But I think I now look kinda wrinkly and gaunt and my husband says my face looks kind of sad much of the time. Has anyone else have this issue?

Question about Run versus Zumba
OK, I know the whole CICO... I understand that if you do a workout you burn a calculable amount of calories. But I'm wondering...
