Eating when not hungry
I'm eating 1,590 calories a day, but sometimes I'm eating even when I'm not hungry just to hit my macros. What do you guys do when you haven't hit your protein/carbs/fat goals when you're not hungry but have your meals planned out?

Right now I weigh 137, I'm 19 and 5'8. I've been eating 1590 cal, 160c,140p, and 40-44f. I'm happy with my weight now and would like to mainting my bf% while gaining some muscle. I'm thinking about going to 180c, 135p, and 46f. What do you guys think about those numbers?

7 oz raw chicken
I'm in college on a meal plan, so I can't weigh my raw food since I'm not the one cooking it. I do weigh it raw when I cook it, but today I can't. I have logged 7oz of raw chicken, how many ounces would that be cooked?
