Delayed weight gain
Is it possible to binge, I'm talking 7,000 calories, and not gain weight the next day, but gain it a week from now? How long does the food take to turn into fat?

5000 calories over
I went 3000 calories over my maintenance calories on Sunday and no weight gain. Today I went 5-6000 calories over. Will I gain weight??? Does anybody else have binges that big? I feel so bad.

Sedentary vs lightly active VS active
How do you tell the difference? I'm assuming it has to do with how many steps you take in a day. I take anywhere from 7-10 thousand steps on days I don't work, run 2 times a week (just a mile), lift 4 times a week, and waitress/host 3 times a week. Does anybody feel like they aren't lifting long enough?
I'm doing and upper and lower split and my lower days are fine and I'm tired after them but my upper days I feel like are so short. I'm done with in 25 mins. And I'm adding in other exercises that aren't even on my workout list for that day just because I feel like I'm not doing enough. Does this happen to anybody else?
