Too full

I just recently went up about 300-400 calories and I'm having a hard time eating them all. I do IF somewhat. I just normally eat a really las breakfast and small lunch and snack until dinner then eat dinner and a small treat (all fits my macros). But when I upped my cals I am having a hard time being hungry. I feel like I'm gonna gain weight eating this much because I'm never hungry! I'm also drinking a gallon of water a day. My cals are at 1897, 237c, 48f, and 128p. I'm 19 and I'm lifting 5 times a week. Is this too much to be eating?! I'm just soooo full I can't hut my macros.

    Try less carbs and more fat. Also, you probably don't need to drink a gallon of water a day.
