How do you tell the difference? I'm assuming it has to do with how many steps you take in a day. I take anywhere from 7-10 thousand steps on days I don't work, run 2 times a week (just a mile), lift 4 times a week, and waitress/host 3 times a week. On the days I work I normally get anywhere from 10-12 thousand steps a day. I do watch tv for maybe 2 hours everyday but I'm in college so I walk around quite a bit and walk to the gym too. I'm trying to my macros for bulking and I just don't know what active level I am.

On the computer, go to My Home > Goals > View Guided Setup

How would you describe your normal daily activities?

Sedentary: Spend most of the day sitting (e.g. bank teller, desk job)
Lightly Active: Spend a good part of the day on your feet (e.g. teacher, salesperson)
Active: Spend a good part of the day doing some physical activity (e.g. food server, postal carrier)
Very Active: Spend most of the day doing heavy physical activity (e.g. bike messenger, carpenter)
