I'm wanting to maintain my weight but I'm confused what my calories should be. I'm 19, almost 20. 140 lbs 5'7 I am a waitress 4 time a week but on my off days I'm not too active. I run a mile everyday and on Monday I am starting the 5/3/1 program. I'm not sure if I would be considered sedentary or lightly active because in…
Weight loss isn't linear. With water retention and whatnot, it can take a while for fat changes to register. Besides, OP might have lost half a pound that day, for all I know... except it didn't happen because he overate.
So if you weighed in at 130 lbs prior to eating 5000 calories over maintenance, then…

To lose weight you have to be in a calorie deficit. Walking can increase your NEAT which helps, but overall it's calories in VS calories out. You need a deficit!

I'm coming from my macros being 80 c, 125p, and I think 40f. I want to stay as lean as I can so I was going to go in maintenance for a while so my body could readjust. Do you think this is okay? Or just go straight into a bulk?

I lift 4-5 times a week and do cardio here and there. Mostly just lifting. I'm trying to gain muscle but I have a fast metabolism and it's hard to gain weight. It's not impossible, just hard. I was eating whatever I wanted for probably close to a year and only got up to 145. 135-140 is normal for me. What Would you suggest…

Hmm, I didn't know that. Would you recommend a different program that is more straight forward?

FMP deleted half of what I wrote. The other half said this: Im going to start eating at maintenance on Jan 1 and then slowing increase cals/macros so I can be in a surplus. I'm just not sure what I'm doing really and any advice would be helpful. When I'm doing PHUL should I try to lift as heavy as possible? Can I add in…

I probably ate 8000-10000 cals today and I wasn't hungry even once. Im sick to my stomach and want to keep eating. I'm scared I'm going to reverse all my weight lose. We can help each other!…
